Sleep Apnoea
As an incumbent part of obesity anaesthesia and with a sub interest in pulmonary hypertension and anaesthesia, it is not great surprise that I have become expert in obesity sleep related disorders.
I can offer a diagnostic and treatment service for my clients.
I have a full range of therapies available from APAP, CPAP, BiPaP, GGM stimulators with a vast range of accessories for comfort customisation and wear and tear / maintenance events.
I usually perform low cost rentals for our weight loss or bariatric clients who are going to see their sleep disorders (OSA) resolve soon after surgery. For cardiac or AF patients longer term therapy is often needed.

After 25 years experience in anaesthesia across all specialities, I am now developing more of a niche area. In general I look after the more co-morbid or medically sick patients and provide peri-operative care and anaesthesia to see my patients safely through their procedures.
These procedures can range anywhere from sedation for endoscopy, right through to open heart bypass and cardiac intensive care.
Should you have had a problem elsewhere with anaesthesia previously, we can meet in the clinic and plan safer more comfortable care.
Peri-Operative Reviews
Our population is changing, my clients are more self-aware and want full information on risk, risk reduction and sometimes just to discuss anaesthesia and the consequences of surgery on their health.
As I plan pre-habilitation and enhanced recovery for all clients, I know this is best done in the out-patient clinic for elective surgery.
I can also offer an outpatient peri-operative risk assessment and advisory service for patients seeking safer anaesthesia with me or even other anaesthesia/surgery providers.
