About me
I am a consultant anaesthetist and peri-operative physician in London. I was first appointed consultant at Hammersmith and Charing Cross Hospitals in 2005, and still work for Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust at Hammersmith and St Mary's. In private practice I work mainly at Cromwell Hospital and OneWelbeck, caring for patients whose anaesthetic carries more risk than usual.
I sit on the Medical Board of Cromwell Hospital, lead the Heart Health anaesthetic group at OneWelbeck, and am part of the team leading the Extended Care Unit at King Edward VII's Hospital. I founded the Society for Obesity & Bariatric Anaesthesia (SOBA) and remain on its council.
My Activities
I give lectures around the World and to all levels, from medical students through to executive boards and at International meetings.
I sit on a variety of committees local, National and International levels - as well as several hospital boards.
I can advise you on your global health, weight loss, sleep issues, atrial fibrillation, anaesthesia and peri-operative care
