اضطراب النوم

Disturbaces with sleep are incredibly common and yet vastly undiagnosed by GPs and hospital specilaists. For a GP, The sleep disturbance has to be so severe that life is intolerable before cases come to light.

I am a peri-operative anaesthetist with specialist interest in sleep medicine and making sure clients regain refreshing sleep. And this of course reduces their risk around anaesthesia and prevents complications.

SO - If you snore, or are told you snore, maybe feel tired,  drop asleep frequently or have newly diagnosed atrial fibrillation of the heart - then we should speak and get you back on the road to recovery.

We can meet in the out-patients and spend sometime talking through the issues. Usually the diagnosis and therapy becomes clear.

If we need to do some simple tests, we can do this remotely in the comfort of your home or rarely as a patient stay.

Following on from a diagnosis we plan the therapies that are going to transform you back into your more awake and vital self.

The therapies are easy to use and we start by simply renting them for a month with lots of tech/nurse support to ensure they work for you.

It will be probably easier if we just set up a phone call to screen your issues to see if I can help.
